MSC Pomurje is Sales & Marketing centre based in Murska Sobota focused on executing highly customized programs that result in increased revenue and lowering costs. We specializes in outsourced customer relationship management: Multichannel (Telephone, Email, Chat), Multiservice (consulting, integration,…) and multilingual (Adriatic region).
MSC Pomurje is part of company MSC Adriatics founded in 2007 by Martin Wirtz and Boštjan Mencigar. MSC Adriatics has transformed over the last three years and is now primary outsorced sales and marketing centre for many leading Slovene and international vendors and channel partners across Slovenia and also Adriatic region.
In addition MSC Adriatics became distributor and solution partner for Online LiveChat solution called WhosOn and cover five countries in the Adriatic region: Slovenia, Italy, Croatia, Bosnia Herzegovina and Serbia Montenegro.
