Example of Campaign, small company in sport industry

The campaign will consist of a joint direct mail shot to a targeted number of two companies as selected by customer – in and around customers area. The business area for both companies is seen as a growth area and this campaign will be to target local business.

The outline of the campaign is to produce a covering letter highlighting the benefits of “business membership” and “team building” to the companies identified. Two A4 flyers will be attached to the covering letter, one for Customer 1 and one for Customer2. These two A4 flyers and covering letter will then be posted. Approximately 3 to 4 days later a follow up call will be made to the companies in order to generate awareness and obtain new business.

Cost schedule
The following is a fixed firm price which includes all services.

The cost includes:
• The database.

  •   A one of usage of the companies as identified above.
  •   Database loading and hosting onto the MSC Adriatics LP system.
  •   Merging, cleansing and pre-pairing the data.
  •   Producing an Excel file for address printing.

• The calling.

  • Production of the calling script.
  • Up to 3 attempts to each company identified.
  • Mobile and fixed lines will be called.
  • Calling only within Slovenia.
  • All calling will be conducted in Slovene
  • Native speakers will be used.
  • The supply of company records.

• All associated management costs & reporting costs.

• The mail shot.

  • 1 flyer for Customer 1 and 1 for Customer 2
  • Printing in full colour on both sides of the A4 paper.
  • Printing of the covering letter – black & white
  • The supply of the A4 paper – Claro 135g or similar.
  • The supply of an window DL size envelope
  • Full colour printing on the envelope (two logos, tag, post mark).
  • Folding the A4 paper.
  • Stuffing the envelope.
  • The postage costs.
  • All associated management costs & reporting costs.
